Engineers (PH&A) is a civil, structural and environmental engineering firm founded on the belief that only a combination of innovative capabilities, a commitment to quality and solid financial stability can effectively serve our clients in a cost effective and timely manner. PH&A was founded and incorporated in 1986 by principals E.H. Pitman, Jr., P.E. and Alan G. Hartenstein, P.E., R.E.P. PH&A has grown from a modest staff of four to more than 30 professionals in our three Florida offices.
